MLAs backing Windsor Framework arrangements ‘an important step forward’ says Secretary of State
Members were required to debate and vote on the issue before December 17
MLAs were debating whether to approve Windsor Framework arrangements on Tuesday night
Stormont’s backing of post-Brexit arrangements laid out in the Windsor Framework is “an important step forward”, NI Secretary of State Hilary Benn has said.
It comes after the Assembly approved articles 5-10 of the document following a marathon debate at Stormont on Tuesday.
