Short impression:
A series about a dog, who wants to eat and sleep all day, and his owner who is an inventor with a bunch of side characters. It’s not really funny but there are some good episodes.

Special notes:
Aired on Dutch television in the 90’s so it adds a lot of sentimental value for me. Re-aired in 2012 and that showed that it is an outdated show. Probably hard to impossible to find online.
