The student council is called the Mountain Lily Council and is composed of three girls with flower titles: Rosa Gigantea (white), Rosa Sinensis (red), and Rosa Foetida (yellow). Fukuzawa Yumi is a student at the academy, who is also the 'petite soeur' of Sachiko (the "Rosa Shinensis en bouton"). Much better than the 2nd season (and even the 1st), it had no unnecessary drama for drama's sake, it was visually more appealing, better written and funnier too, very enjoyable.

Watch earlier 2 seasons to understand this one, good story, but disappointing when compared to earlier 2 seasons, still wont miss it though, forms the base for the 4th season
