HBO's The White Lotus continues to deliver a bizarre gay incest storyline that fans are calling 'disturbing' and much more.
This season centers on the guests of the Thailand White Lotus, and the staff members who work there, including the Ratliff family.
The sons Saxon (Patrick Schwarzenegger) and Lochlan (Sam Nivola) were clearly very different from the start, with the premiere featuring not only a full-frontal nude scene but an incest twist, with Lochlan intent on watching Saxon masturbate.
Their story continues to include interesting wrinkles, including last week's episode showing Lochlan kissing Saxon after being dared to by Chloe (Charlotte Le Bon) and Chelsea (Aimee Lou Wood),
This week's episode reveals that things got even more out of control after that kiss, with Lochlan masturbating his own brother, while having sex with Chloe.
Fans have quickly taken to social media to share their thoughts about this bizarre twist in an already salacious storyline.

This week's episode reveals that things got even more out of control after that kiss, with Lochlan masturbating his own brother, while having sex with Chloe.
The scenes in question happened on the massive yacht owned by Greg Hunt (Jon Gries), who is now going by Gary, which his girlfriend Chloe took out to go to a full moon party with Chelsea, Saxon and Lochlan.
While Chelsea seemed to have no sexual interest in the brothers, Chloe certainly seemed to, as she confirmed to Chelsea in this week's episode that she had sex with both of them last night.
As for Saxon and Lochlan, they could only see hazy memories of the evening, with Saxon watching Lochlan have sex with Chloe, and then seemingly masturbating himself in the same bed.
However, it was later revealed that it was actually Lochlan who masturbated Saxon while having sex with Chloe, which both Chloe and Chelsea (neither of whom blacked out like Saxon and Lochlan) confirmed.
Saxon clearly doesn't know how to process all of this, walking around in a daze for most of the episode, that is actually not related to his hangover, for the most part.
He finds Chloe and Chelsea by the pool later on, as Saxon says kissing his brother was a 'joke' and said they made them do it, but Chloe said, 'I didn't force him to jerk you off.'
Lochlan's memories of the night come back to him when he's meditating at a Buddhist temple with his sister Piper (Sarah Catherine Hook).

Both of the on-screen brothers defended the incest storyline in a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
'There’s some sensationalism, but then there’s also the stuff behind the wall of the character and what he’s dealing with in the conflict of what just happened. What is that going to do to who he thinks he is?' Patrick Schwarzenegger said.
'His thoughts on, what is it like to be a man? What is a man? What makes all these different things that he thought he stood for in the episode and the days before?' he added.
Sam Nivola added the scene was a bit unsettling, stating, 'It’s kind of impossible for it to not be charged when you’re literally naked with all these cameras in front of you.'
Nivola added, 'We really trusted Mike, because there’s always a very shocking, crazy, intense moment in every season. It’s never just for the sake of being shocking, it always serves the story.'
'And that [incest] scene is really the inciting incident for where our relationship goes next. It’s a great storytelling tactic. Going into this, we really trusted Mike because he’s a f***ing b***ss and a genius.”

Belinda (Natasha Rothwell) wakes up with Pornchai (Dom Hetrakul) in her bed after their tryst last night, though it gets awkward when her son Zion (Nicholas Duvernay) arrives early and sees his mom in bed with the man.
Chloe returns home to her boyfriend Gary/Greg (Jon Gries), who knows immediately that she had sex with one of the Ratliff brothers.
He tells her to invite him over for a dinner party that night, and he also cryptically tells her that he needs her help in dealing with something.
Meanwhile, the three BFFs - Jaclyn (Michelle Monaghan), Kate (Leslie Bibb) and Laurie (Carrie Coon) have an awkward exchange about their night of partying.
Kate saw Valentin (Arnas Fedaravičius) leaving Jaclyn's room the next morning, but when Kate tells Laurie, she gets upset that Jaclyn was trying to set Laurie up with Valentin all night and then just took him for herself.
Rick (Walton Goggins) is still in Bangkok, getting some help from his friend Frank (Sam Rockwell) to get close to the man who killed his father, the husband of White Lotus owner Sritala (Lek Patravadi).

He does insist, though, that they should talk, saying he lives in the last house at the top of the hill, and she should come over anytime, which, naturally, freaks her out, since she still thinks he had something to do with his ex Tanya McQuoid's (Jennifer Coolidge) mysterious death.
The White Lotus returns next week with the penultimate episode this season on Sunday, March 30, and the Season 3 finale airing Sunday, April 6 at 9 PM ET on HBO.
