Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy's longtime New York City townhouse has sold for nearly $10 million.
The 45-year-old Fleishman Is In Trouble actress and her 40-year-old actor husband's West Village home was listed for $9.75 million last August.
Per the Wall Street Journal, the new owner scooped up the place for $9.9 million.
After marrying in 2009, they went on to welcome sons Cyrus, 12, Rowan, six, and a 19-month-old daughter.
The lovebirds purchased the love nest in 2012 for $6.9 million, when Claire was pregnant with their first child.

The New York Times reported last summer that the couple was looking for a larger space to accommodate their brood and other loved ones.
According to their real estate agent Tamer Howard, the family-of-five will remain living downtown in the Big Apple.

Danes wanted the home to have loft characteristics as she 'grew up in lofts,' according to Joan Krevlin, founding partner of BKSK Architects, who worked with the actress to fulfill her dreams.
'The home they were choosing to make was a townhouse, intentionally, but there were characteristics of a loft that were very important to her,' the architect said.
