ST. DAVIDS, Pa.– The Hall of Honor Committee for Eastern University Athletics has announced that six individuals will join the Hall of Honor on Sept. 21. The group will be introduced at halftime of the football game and inducted in an on-campus ceremony scheduled to start at 4:30.

The committee selected five former student-athletes and a coach for induction to this year's class. The six individuals represent five sports and a wide band of time in the history of Eastern University Athletics.

The class includes legendary Coach and Administrator Betty Jane Webber who advocated for women's sports and coached Field Hockey, Basketball, and Softball in the 1960's and 70's, Bob LaDrew '67 from Men's Basketball, David Blumeris '94 who played and coached tennis at Eastern, Field Hockey goalie Laura Ressler Cook '11, Softball pitcher Janelle Fair Heying '13, and Volleyball setter Erika Schlager Stoltz '16.

Those wishing to celebrate with the inductees are invited to attend the ceremony in the gym which will include light refreshments starting at 4:00 pm.
