A nice OVA about Espers with super-powers. I haven't seen that many of those stories yet - especially in anime form. So I liked it quite a lot.

The character design is very pleasing to the eyes, the animation is good and the action scenes are ok as well. Sadly there is not much of a character development to find here but it's alright storywise.

The best though is the OST - I especially fell in love with the ED since it's really gorgeous.

An ova with a solid production value: The animation is vivid, there some good rotation plan effest, great directing, nice character designer and a good OST. It's another story about Esper in Sci-Fi context. It's a basic setting and character devellopment but it's entertaining to be recommended.
