The art of this anime reminds you kinda of American comics which fits perfectly for the story. It's interesting to see it in an anime though.
The story itself is very weak and has a somewhat open ending. After watching it you're not totally sure what you watched there but it was still... interesting.

This films i a great trip back to the 80's visuals, it made me think of
MTV an pop culture ads from that era. animation is highly detailed, and
flows smoothly through out this fast paced film.
I feel the story is weak , somewhat silly, but then again back then there weren't as many films and shows that have defined today our views on the genre, and well it was a different world back then.
None the less the animation work makes it worth while.
