Pam shocked her followers when she shared a viral TikTok detailing her plastic surgery experience.
'I'm 73, this is the facelift I swear by,' Aunt Pam told her 11,000 followers, who were convinced the procedure made her look 20 years younger.
'This is what kind of facelift I asked for,' Aunt Pam explained, adding that it was 'a natural partial lower face and neck, with a side of blepharoplasty.'
Blepharoplasty is eyelid surgery that offers a precise way to lift the face and only necessitates a few weeks of recovery time.

'I want to be totally transparent... I have had a partial facelift,' Pamela admitted, explaining the surgery was three years ago.
